ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are shipped from our studio in Edmonton.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Canada Post.

Free Pickup available in Edmonton.

PROMO EXCLUSIONS

Armorcaine is excluded from promos and free shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $75. Orders that include Armorcaine are not eligible for free shipping, so please place a separate order for other items to qualify.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer international shipping at this time

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@reversalstudio.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
